What is WinJourney?
WinJourney is a global, skill-based raffle platform that combines learning, fun, and fair chances to win real prizes — from dream cars and luxury holidays to tech gadgets and vouchers.
How do I buy tickets?
Choose a raffle, complete the short quiz linked to it, and securely purchase your tickets through Stripe checkout. That’s it — you’re in the draw!
Why do I have to complete a quiz before buying tickets?
Each raffle begins with a quick quiz based on our Study for the current Special Edition Raffle. It keeps the process skill-based and educational — not gambling.
Can I buy tickets on someone else’s behalf?
Unfortunately, not yet. For compliance and anti–money laundering reasons, tickets must currently be purchased in your own name only. We’re actively working on a safe and verified gifting option for the future.
What if I don’t pass the required quiz?
No worries! You can retake the quiz as many times as you like — there’s no penalty for trying again. You only need to successfully complete it once before purchasing your raffle ticket.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. All participants must be at least 18 years old to take part in WinJourney raffles.
How are winners chosen?
After a raffle closes, winners are selected through a verified random live draw to ensure total fairness and transparency.
Can I watch the live draw?
Yes! Every draw is streamed live. You’ll receive the date and link via email after you purchase your ticket.
How will I be notified if I win?
We’ll contact you by email shortly after the live draw. You can also reach out directly via our contact form to confirm your win.
Can I refuse or exchange a prize?
Yes. If you can’t receive the prize in your country or prefer another option, you may choose a cash alternative or a voucher equivalent.
Are WinJourney raffles legal?
Absolutely. WinJourney operates as a skill-based promotional platform, not a game of chance or gambling activity. Every raffle follows fair play and compliance standards.
How do I know the draws are fair?
All draws are conducted with transparent, verifiable randomization tools. You can watch the draw live, and every winner’s ticket number is publicly confirmed.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — we use Stripe, a leading global payment processor. Your payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to participate?
No account is required! You just need your name and email to receive your quiz results, ticket confirmation, and draw information.
Can I participate from any country?
WinJourney is expanding globally and currently operates in 30+ countries. If your country isn’t supported yet, stay tuned — we’re adding new regions soon.
How many tickets can I buy?
Each raffle has its own ticket limit to keep things fair. You’ll see the maximum number allowed before checkout.
What if I lose my confirmation email?
No worries — just contact us via the form on our website, and we’ll resend your ticket confirmation and quiz results.
What kind of prizes can I win?
Everything from dream cars, luxury getaways, tech bundles, and shopping vouchers to fun family prizes and kids’ mystery boxes.
What is a Special Edition raffle?
Special Edition raffles are limited-time, high-value prizes — like “New Year’s Eve in New York.” Each Special Edition has its magic and rarity. Once it’s gone it’s gone forever.
What happens if a raffle doesn’t sell all its tickets?
If the raffle ends with unsold tickets, the draw still happens — and your odds of winning are even better!

How do my chances work?
Each ticket equals one entry in the draw. We sell a limited number of tickets per raffle, so your odds are always clear and transparent. No tiers. No multipliers. No hidden mechanics.
What you see is what you get.
Are prizes delivered internationally?
Yes — we deliver prizes worldwide whenever possible. In rare cases where delivery isn’t possible due to legal, customs, or physical restrictions, we’ll offer an alternative solution such as a cash or voucher equivalent.
What happens if a prize winner doesn’t respond?
We’ve got that covered! During each live draw, three ticket numbers are drawn in total. If the first winner doesn’t respond within the given timeframe, the second is contacted — and if needed, the third will become the official winner.
