(Prize Draws, Educational Materials, and Community Support)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and your participation in any Prize Draws (also referred to as “Tombola”), ticket purchases, subscriptions, downloads, or other activities operated by Winjourney (“Winjourney”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Website, purchasing tickets, subscribing, or downloading materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is a binding contract. We may update these Terms from time to time.

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

  1. Our Mission & Community Support
    1. Winjourney’s primary purpose is to provide useful study and information materials and to support the wider community. A portion of our income is applied towards (i) developing and improving educational materials, and (ii) charitable donations. For each draw, the winner may nominate a registered charity to receive a contribution funded from draw proceeds, subject to our approval (see Section 14).
  2. Definitions
    1. Website: the Winjourney site located at winjourney.eu
    2. User/you/your: any person accessing the Website, whether or not they enter a draw or purchase a ticket.
    3. Prize Draw/Tombola: an online prize competition operated via the Website.
    4. Product: an individual prize listing available under the “Prizes” section of the Website.
    5. Prize: any goods, services, vouchers, travel, or experiences offered as part of a Product.
    6. Draw Date: the date/time of the prize draw as published on the Product page.
    7. Qualifying Question: a general-knowledge question that must be answered correctly before a User can purchase paid entries (see Section 6).
    8. Educational Materials: training, courses, guides, videos, or other resources available on or via the Website.
    9. Free Entry Route: the no-purchase postal method described in Section 7.
    10. Entry Limit: the maximum number of entries available for a Product, as determined by us.
  3. Eligibility
    1. You must be 18+ to participate. We may request proof of age and refuse entry if not provided.
    2. You must be resident in a jurisdiction where entry is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
    3. Employees, agents, and contractors of Winjourney (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
    4. All winners are subject to verification (see Section 10).
  4. Legal Compliance (Not Gambling)
    1. Our Prize Draws are operated as skill-based competitions/free draws, not gambling activities.
    2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win: a Free Entry Route is always available.
    3. Participation requires correctly answering a Qualifying Question (skill component) prior to purchasing entries.
    4. Paid and free entries are treated equally in the draw.
  5. Entry Conditions & Fair Use
    1. Entries must be accurate and complete. Incomplete, illegible, corrupt, or late entries are void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
    2. We are not responsible for network, hardware, software, or internet failures of any kind.
    3. Users must not use multiple identities/emails, automated/robotic tools, scripts, or other non-manual methods. We may disqualify entries at our discretion.
    4. We may refuse or cancel entries if you are ineligible, breach these Terms, or technical/system errors occur. If an entry fee is refunded, associated entries are withdrawn.
  6. Studies and Quiz (Qualifying Question)
    1. Before purchasing any entry, you must correctly answer the Qualifying Question shown on the Website.
    2. You must answer without assistance from automated tools, AI, or other persons.
    3. Incorrect answers prevent you from winning. Winners may be required to provide the completed quiz/answers as part of verification.
    4. The Qualifying Question is designed to require genuine skill, knowledge, or judgement that we reasonably expect will prevent a significant proportion of persons from participating and from winning prizes. Questions requiring only obvious answers or easily discoverable information through simple internet searches may not satisfy legal requirements.
  7. How to Enter
    1. You can enter via one of the following methods. All eligible entries have equal chance of winning.
    2. Paid Purchase (per Product). Each Product page states: (i) the Prize, (ii) the entry window.
    3. Subscription Route. You may subscribe to our Monthly Newsletter for EUR 100/month. As a subscriber you will receive three (3) tickets per month into a draw of your choice (subject to availability and entry windows). To subscribe, email: info@winjourney.eu, complete our subscription form, and pass KYC checks (see Section 10).
    4. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary). You may enter any Prize Draw without making a purchase by sending your fully completed application form, including your answers to the Qualifying Question, by post to: Winjourney, 103 Acorn Court, L8 5TB, Liverpool, UK. You may request an application form by email. Your free entry must be received by the same deadline as paid or subscription entries. Late free entries will not be accepted. The Free Entry Route is provided at no cost other than standard first-class or second-class postage. Free entries are treated in all respects identically to paid entries. All Prize Draws will remain open for a minimum of three (3) clear weekdays (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) to ensure reasonable opportunity for postal entries to be delivered. The Free Entry Route will be displayed as prominently as the paid-entry route on all promotional materials and on the Website. Free postal entries must be received by 5:00 PM on the final day of the published postal entry period.
    5. Postal Entry Processing:
      1. All free postal entries must include the entrant’s full legal name, complete residential postal address (PO Box addresses are not permitted), telephone number (optional), email address, and the specific Product name exactly as displayed on the Website. Free postal entries must be clearly written or typed; illegible or incomplete entries will be rejected.
      2. Only one free-entry ticket per category may be submitted within a single envelope. A participant is entitled to include, in one envelope, one free-entry ticket for each available category. Accordingly, where a Prize Draw offers nine distinct categories, the entrant may enclose nine free-entry tickets within the same envelope, provided that each ticket relates to a different category. Multiple tickets relating to the same category within a single envelope will be invalid.
      3. All free postal entries must be submitted in an unfolded A4-sized envelope. Application forms, quiz answers, and any other required documents must be submitted flat, without any folding. Any application form, quiz response, or document received folded, creased, or otherwise not in compliance with these format requirements will not be accepted. Envelopes must be intact, clean, and capable of being opened and processed without damaging the documents enclosed.
      4. Mechanically reproduced entries, photocopied signatures, mass-produced forms, or automated submissions are strictly prohibited. All postal entries are processed by our appointed third-party verification service and are entered into the same database as paid entries. We are not responsible for postal delays, misdelivery, or loss; however, entries must be received by the deadline to be valid.
  8. Ticket Limits, Pricing & Product Caps
    1. We reserve the right to determine and publish an Entry Limit for each Product and to cap the maximum number of tickets sold per Product. Entry Limits may vary by Prize value/nature.
    2. For paid entries, we may impose per-customer purchase limits (e.g., £500/month) to encourage responsible participation. Postal free entries are not limited by paid-entry caps.
    3.  We may also set per-Product limits (e.g., max entries per person per Product) which will be displayed on the Product page.
    4. Entry Limits and Product capacity will be clearly displayed on each Product page and updated in real-time where technically feasible. We will not retrospectively reduce Entry Limits after entries have been purchased unless required by law or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  9. Conduct of the Draw
    1. Each draw is conducted live via our official YouTube channel on the Draw Date.
    2. The winning entry is selected at random using a verifiable randomisation process.
    3. The winner’s ticket number and name (or allocated username) may be announced during the live stream and published on our Website/social media.
    4. Prize handover may be conducted in person. Winners acknowledge and agree that the handover may be recorded and made publicly available.
    5. Our decision in all draw matters is final and binding.
  10. Winner Notification, Verification & Acceptance
    1. We will notify the winner using the contact details provided at entry.
    2. The winner must provide KYC documentation within 7 days of notification:
      1. a valid passport/ID,
      2. a bank statement or utility bill dated within 30 days (for address verification),
      3. proof of eligibility to participate in UK prize draws; and
      4. confirmation that the Qualifying Question was answered without prohibited assistance.
    3. The winner must accept the Prize by contacting us within 14 days of notification.
    4. Failure to (i) provide KYC within 7 days and/or (ii) accept within 14 days may result in forfeiture and a redraw from eligible entries.
    5. We are not responsible for email delivery failures or spam filters.
  11. Prizes (Description & Third-Party Elements)
    1. Prizes are as described on the relevant Product page. Images are illustrative only.
    2. Where a Prize is supplied by a third party, you acknowledge that:
      1. we are not the manufacturer/provider/supplier;
      2. we are not responsible for quality, safety, suitability, or fitness; and
      3. any issues must be addressed with the third-party provider.
    3. For travel/experiences, you are solely responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance, health/vaccination requirements, and compliance with destination laws/regulations.
    4. We reserve the right to withdraw very high value prizes from the draw if the total number of purchased tickets does not reach 1,000 by the closing date. In the event that the prize is withdrawn due to insufficient ticket sales, participants will be offered the choice of either:
      1. A full refund of the ticket purchase price, or
      2. The option to transfer their entry to an alternative raffle draw of equal or greater value (subject to availability).
      3. No other compensation or substitute will be provided. This clause applies specifically to the Special Edition, Dream Car and Dream Holiday prize categories described above.
  12. Cash Alternatives & Scheduling Policy
    1. If a winner does not wish to receive a tangible fixed-item Prize (e.g., electronics, vouchers), the winner may request a cash alternative.
    2. No cash alternative is available for travel or experience-based Prizes (including “ultimate driving” experiences).
    3. If the advertised dates/times for a travel/experience Prize are unsuitable, we may, at our sole discretion, agree an alternative time (subject to availability and supplier terms).
    4. Any request for a cash alternative (where permitted) must be made in writing within seven (7) days of winner notification. Cash alternatives, where offered, will be of equal monetary value to the advertised Prize at the time of the Draw Date. If not requested within the specified period, the original Prize will be deemed accepted and no subsequent request for cash alternative will be considered.
    5. If a Prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  13. Delivery/Dispatch
    1. Unless otherwise specified, physical Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of acceptance and verification.
    2. Digital/voucher Prizes will be sent by email to the address registered with your account.
    3. We are not responsible for courier/postal delays or digital delivery failures. Risk of loss passes on delivery in accordance with carrier terms.
  14. Charitable Contribution
    1. In addition to receiving their Prize, the winner may nominate a registered charity to receive a donation funded from draw proceeds.
    2. Charity nominations are subject to our approval (e.g., compliance, legality, ethics, non-political, non-extremist). If a nomination is not approved or cannot be completed, we may request an alternative nomination or select an appropriate charity at our discretion.
    3. The donation amount and timing are determined by us and may vary by Product.
  15. Educational Materials (Licence & Disclaimer)
    1. Educational Materials are for information/learning only and do not constitute professional advice.
    2. We do not guarantee they are error-free, current, or suitable for your specific purposes.
    3. You may download/use for personal use only. You must not copy, distribute, or resell without our written permission.
  16. Fees, Taxes & Duties
    1. Unless stated otherwise, all taxes, duties, fees, insurance, and ancillary costs associated with accepting/using a Prize are the winner’s responsibility.
    2. Winners should seek independent tax advice where appropriate.
  17. Data Protection & Publicity
    1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    2. By entering, you consent to us using your data for administering the draw, fulfilling Prizes, and publishing winners (name/username and winning
    3. Where required, we may share data with third-party suppliers for fulfilment/KYC.
    4. Marketing Communications: Entry into Prize Draws does not constitute consent to marketing communications. We will only send marketing materials where you have provided separate, explicit consent through our subscription processes or promotional opt-ins.
  18. Changes, Extensions & Cancellation
    1. We may extend, withdraw, alter, or suspend a Prize Draw, or amend these Terms, where circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
    2. If a Prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute as per Section 12.5.
    3. Where lawful and reasonable, we may extend the entry window or adjust the Draw Date; any changes will be posted on the Product page.
  19. Liability
    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from or in connection with:
      1. your use of the Website;
      2. your participation in any Prize Draw;
      3. reliance on Educational Materials; or
      4. any Prize (including delays, cancellations, or changes outside our control, and acts/omissions of third-party suppliers).
    2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    3. Prizes are awarded “as is” unless expressly stated otherwise.
  20. Intellectual Property
    1. All Website content, including Educational Materials, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our IP without our written permission.
  21. Prohibited Conduct
    1. You agree not to: (i) interfere with the Website or draw operations; (ii) attempt unauthorised access; (iii) use automated means to enter; (iv) misrepresent identity/eligibility; or (v) engage in conduct likely to harm our reputation or integrity of the draws.
  22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
